SHIPPING & REPLACEMENT

SHIPPING POLICY

We don’t sit on orders — they’re packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Once it’s out the door, the carrier takes over. You’ll get a tracking number to follow along.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Sometimes we’ll throw in shipping promos, but otherwise, what you see is what you pay.

 

Lost or delayed packages? Once it leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s court. We’ll help you file a claim, but we can’t control delivery hiccups.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Jerky is food. That means no returns, no exchanges. Once it’s shipped, it’s yours.

That said, if something’s wrong with your order, we’re not going to leave you hangry.

Reach out within 3 days of delivery and send us:

  • A photo of the product in question and packaging

  • The batch number on the bag

  • Your order number and/or receipt


If the issue checks out, we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement — our call, case by case.

 

We don’t cover taste preferences, buyer’s remorse, wrong addresses, or shipping delays outside our control.
